About Dr. Estefania Luna
Dr. Estefania Luna earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and completed her predoctoral internship at Aurora Mental Health Center in Colorado.
She has worked in therapy private practice providing both individual and group therapy. Her expertise spans trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD and related disorders, relationship issues, self-harm, personality disorders and grief and loss. She is fluent in English and Spanish and experienced in working with diverse clientele. As a PSYPACT provider, Dr. Luna is able to provide therapy in most states via telehealth.

DBT Skills Group
Join our weekly Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group, a virtual 8-week program led by Dr. Estefanía Luna, PsyD. This group is designed to teach essential DBT skills, including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. These skills are particularly helpful for individuals struggling with intense emotions, relationship difficulties, or behaviors that interfere with daily life.
Each session is structured to provide practical tools that you can immediately apply to better manage emotional reactions, reduce impulsivity, and improve relationships. The group setting also fosters a sense of community, allowing participants to connect with others facing similar challenges and share their experiences in a supportive environment.
By the end of the 8 weeks, participants will have a strong foundation in DBT skills, empowering them to enhance their coping strategies and lead a more intentional, balanced life. The group meets virtually once a week for 90 minutes, making it convenient and accessible. Commitment to the full 8-week program is required to ensure consistent progress.
